Power Failure (Tripping)

9 August 2022, our customer (Mdm Teo) contacted us at 5pm and we resolved the issue by 6pm. The ELCB was replaced with all spare stock in the van without delay and our customer tipped us extra for completing the fix in time for their National Day Party.

Technician was very responsive and very knowledgeable. Came in and settled my issue within 30 minutes. Also gave some advice on my household electrical safety due to an older circuit breaker box, so very thankful for that. Prices are reasonable for an on-demand, quick response electrician within a short span of time. Highly recommended for urgent electrical issues.

The electrician was very professional n experienced. Within a few minutes of checking, he was able to diagnose the issues with my lighting circuits n explained what he will be doing to rectify the situation. The repairs n replacement of switches was completed speedily n neatly. Most importantly, he reviewed what he has completed to both my hubby n me again before cleaning up the place!Definitely would recommend to my family members n friends if they ever needed electrical solutions in their homes.

They provide excellent and prompt with reasonable price service. My mom house toilet LED light was out and it is those kind that you can't just buy and clip. I have called a couple of service provider before reaching 1st Electrician and their reply was swift and fast action. Moreover their prices are not sky rocket like some who I had called. Highly recommended.

Had an electrical outage because of the water heater. Called HDB, HDB says to contact SP services. Called SP services, they says it's not within their jurisdiction. None is able to help at all. Googled for electrician and 1st Electrical popped up.1st Electrical is indeed a life saver when you need an electrical professional to save your home from being dark and hot. Respond time is much faster than any other which my friends had engaged before. The respond time is as good as any emergency services.1st Electrical respond to call and message in a timely manner and their technicians are well versed and professional.I personally love the way they handle the situation and how they resolve the matter.My technician, Mr Kang turned up as soon as he could after my address was sent. Upon arrival, he did a thorough analysis of the ELCB and immediately found that the fuse in the ELCB main had busted. Before performing further action, he consults us and come to a consensus. What I mean is, he explain patiently what had happened and where the fault is. And he also shows the list of pricing that the company charges and does not anyhow charge you as some might. Once we confirms that we are okay with the pricing, then he proceeds to change the main fuse. Afterwhich, Mr Kang does another check to ensure that the fuse was attached properly.Initially, we thought that everything ends with the fuse being done, but what shocked us is, he continues on to check on the problem itself, the water heater. He patiently check once again and find the root cause of the problem which ended up being the melted wiring connected to the main power source. From then on, corrective actions once again.When alls settled for, before he proceed with the receipt and payment, he even reminded us to check all the switches to ensure that everything else is working.End of the day, a bill of amount well spent. 1st Electrical technicians? Nah.. I rather call them Electrical Doctors.. They deserve the title, especially Mr Kang here.

Found them on Google and called them to fix an emergency - my water heater had stopped working suddenly. An electrician came promptly and helped me to replace and install my water heater. Prompt response within two hours on Sunday to my place to install and replace one unit of electrical switch… also suggest options to me for same product or better product for my installation of switch.. finally, be prepared to pay for the decent price or fee (above reasonable or market fee) for the reasonable response of time within two hours and quality and also professional installation service for electrical service such as switch… quite an experienced and knowledgeable electrical technician or engineer… Highly recommend it if you need urgent or reasonable response time to fix your electrical issue… take your photos using your phone and send your photos to this number (8298 2069) to assess your electrical issue…
